Ed Keaunui

Edward Keaunui is a marketing and management instructor and Risk Management and Insurance Coordinator at UH West Oahu in Kapolei. Ed has been with UH West Oahu since 2011 as a lecturer, then, secured a full-time instructor position in January 2014. His professional background in marketing, management, risk management and insurance spans 15+ years in the private and public sectors. He provides a wealth of knowledge and service leadership to the table from his years of service in the banking and financial services industries. Ed's experiences continue to be a great asset in incorporating real-life organizational skills in the classroom where he teaches in a traditional classroom setting and online forum. Among the most satisfying feelings of teaching are engaging students in the creation of business management and marketing initiatives that include risk management and insurance in the curriculum. 

On his spare time, Ed loves traveling and spending time with his wife and 3 year old son exploring new destinations.
