Jackie Estermann

Jackie Estermann is the Sales Operations Manager at Hawaii Dental Service, a non-profit dental service corporation.  She provides overall leadership for HDS’s sales operations team, in addition to being responsible for sales and service of the small group market and operational support for the mid-size and large group market. 

Jackie has 18+ years of experience working in the commercial insurance industry, with a focus on account management, marketing, and customer service.  She received a bachelor’s degree in corporate communications from Hawaii Pacific University and an Executive MBA from the University of Hawaii at Manoa – Shidler College of Business.  Additionally, she has earned designations as a certified insurance counselor (CIC) and a certified insurance service representative (CISR).   

Jackie currently resides in Hawaii Kai, with her husband and two daughters.  On her free time, she enjoys shopping, watching reruns of “Friends” and going to the beach with her family.
