Shannon has been in insurance on and off since 2004. She took a break and got back in 2010 when she moved to Hawaii and started working with DTRIC. Shannon is currently the Customer Experience Manager at Pyramid Insurance. Providing excellent customer service has always been a passion for her. She strives to make a difference everyday with her team and customers.
