Lance Migita

Lance Migita is a Health & Benefits Consultant at Mercer.  He has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. Lance began his career at CIGNA Healthcare as a Senior Client Manager in the Los Angeles office prior to relocating to Hawaii and operated his own State Farm Insurance & Financial Services agency on Maui for 10 years.  Lance also played professional baseball before entering the “real world!”
