Our January membership meeting included an overview of General Maritime Law & Jones Act Negligence presented by a claims adjuster, Mark Coberly and an attorney, Normand "Chip" Lezy, who both work in this specialized field of P&C insurance.  We had several visitors come from various insurance brokerages, who place coverage for these types of exposures.  We had a very special guest as former RVP of Region III and President of the International Association of Insurance Professionals (IAIP), Tish Riley was able to attend our meeting.

HAIP also installed 4 new members to the association: Lance Migita, Takushi Nagayama, James Cabanilla, Lisa Lee and Desiree Koyanagi
