HAIP member Tammy Toma and member of the Wai'anae Coast Readiness Team, Creighton "Pono" Higa taught this CE course to preapare colleagues for the physical, emotional, and high volume of inquiries; calls, emails, and questions once the First Responders give the "All Clear" to begin recovery after a hazardous event. The course was well attended by various insurance professionals.
