Please come to the HAIP October Membership meeting where guest speaker, Bert S. Sakuda, Plaintiff's Attorney will speak on Insurance Company and Agent Liability in the sale of Personal & Commercial UM and UIM Coverages.  He will discuss how and why he sues agents whenever he can; what agents think they know, but don't; after 20 years, insurers still get it wrong; commercial policies for the small business owner and much more.
